As a travel agency, with many years of experience and a wide range of customers around the world, HETT demanded bold thinking and exceptional execution in the re-designing of its website.

After several meetings and studying the company, Moksha came up with 3 major aspects that are neglected in its old website :
1. Content Management
The contents were very rich, but placed in uncategorized and unorganized manner, which caused visitors difficult to find what they want to know.

2. Style Guide
The company boasts a world-class service reputation and an army of amazing customer service. But the visual presentation of their website did not capture and embrace the hallmarks of the HETT culture. The site lacked the personality that customers were used to seeing with other company touchpoints.

3. Visual Inspiration
As HETT has been delivering dedicated travel and trekking services in Nepal, its main customer capturing display are the experience they could provide. The site failed to show the breath-taking beauty and life-time journey Nepal could provide to travellers & trekkers.

So, Moksha team prepared a full project plan that included content strategy, information architecture, style guide creation, wireframes prototyping, cms development, user interface design, user experience design & social media strategy.

PROTOTYPING Wireframes, UserFlow Diagram

Moksha strongly believes in prototyping a web project before jumping to the visual design. wireframes are the foundation on which to begin building. Wireframing specific project features on a web site provides a clear communication to a client how these features will function.

We created wireframes for all possible major pages for HETT new website. We discussed the layouts, content flow & user experience with HETT team through wireframes, which helped us to understand eachother completely and outline the requirements and outcomes of the project. which also helped in reducing revisions on later stages of the project.

VISUAL DESIGN Web pages design

We designed the HETT website, following a branding based on HETT's already designed logo's color. We tried to be minimal in color use. So we used variations of Blue as primary color and smoke gray as secondary. The consistent usage of font colors, sizes and styles makes it easy to naviagate through the site without thinking a second. The pixel perfect, original artworks and grid based design made the site look professional, uncluttered yet rich.

WEB DEVELOPMENT Html/css slicing, CMS application development

We decided to use Wordpress for the CMS application for HETT new website. We chose Wordpress because it is an uprising open source CMS which is very simple, flexible, easy to use, customizable and expandable.

We converted our design into Wordpress theme and integrated with Wordpress CMS. Since we already have a detail sitemap and wireframes created, we were able to develop the CMS in very organized way. We took in mind that the CMS should be easily used by not computer-savvy staff too in HETT.

The CMS is very powerful, controlling all text,images,videos and SEO aspect of the site. Each section of the front design is easily manageable in the admin panel with its intuitive and interactive interface.

AFTER LAUNCH RESULT

Within 1 month of the launch of HETT's new website, we got following results:
  • Once Site was live, Vistors rate increased by 10.0%
  • Rate of visitors increased by 5.5 %
  • Bounce Rate is decreased by 25%
  • Once Site was live, Vistors rate increased by 10.0%
